Stuck on Blue
Basically here's how the story goes...
John was not very good at his instrument and didn't have any friends, but he wanted to start a band so he posted an ad on Craigslist. The ad was answered by Tim who was in a band that was somehow worse than the band John was starting. We really can't understand how this is possible, but nevertheless Tim joined the band.
Tim knew Zack from a band they were in together in high school in which Tim was kicked out of for refusing to play only root notes. Tim's scale addiction was still in place when he asked Zack to join the band. The guys were impressed with his guitar skills, but not his shitty solid state practice amp. After a bit of a battle and the purchase of a quality tube amp Zack joined the band.
Terry came into the band at a time they were playing lots of cover songs. He learned about 30 songs in 2 weeks. For this amazing accomplishment the band kicked him out when the old drummer decided to come back. Then the old drummer and Tim almost killed each other. After much begging and pleading Terry came back. The band then decided to never play covers again and focus on original music. All of Terry's hard work was for nothing. He was mad but for all the drama John gave him a really rad Ziggy Stardust t-shirt. He wears it frequently at their shows.
We could discuss the keyboard player we had who liked to fart and do karate, but we won't.
